We recognise that success comes only with constant effort and adequate training and education of the unskilled or semi skilled.

Only by educating and supporting all of our employees and sub contractors, can we render a fully competent service backed by professionalism.

We outsource a lot of our work to marginal contractors, so as to empower them to become financially secure, and expand their infrastructure, so that they can in-turn enable further job creation.

We currently utilise the services of several sub-contractors who between themselves employs over 100 skilled and semi-skilled workers.

We have set up a number of social responsibility initiatives i.e.:

We host an annual fun day, held at the LFS Premises and sponsored by LFS Hardware and the Dulux Paint Store. This builds community awreness of empowers our children
