L. F. S. Building Projects was established in 1986.

When L.F.S. started, times were very difficult especially for small to medium size black enterprises. Our market was confined to housing and insurance jobs in black areas only.

In 1990, L.F.S. was given a fantastic opportunity by CALTEX Oil to do maintenance work. We did debrands of service stations, upgrades and StarMart Stores, as well as concrete and steel work for Pylons.

In 2000, CALTEX SA gave us a greater portion of the work in their maintenance department.

This success has led us to be a more professional company, being a fully fledged leading specialist in our industry. Our focal point in this sector is the Petrochemical industry. However, this is not exclusive, as we do lots of contract work in other sectors of the industry as well.

We have an innovative team providing specialised services of superior standards and uncompromising quality. We endeavour to keep our costs market-related, and pay attention to the operational needs of our clients. We are willing to travel to all corners of South Africa to satisfy our clients.

We supply a fully comprehensive service. Our strategic role is to accommodate our clients’ needs, minimising down time, which would have resulted in loss of sales and effect business. We respond to every call within twelve (12) hours, and ensure that repairs are done with a minimal disturbance or at night if necessary (this is especially visible in the Petrochemical Industry where disturbance on the forecourt will result in drastic loss of sales).

We are a member of the National Home Builders Registration Council.
